Because Manvis provides digital software skills, automation scripts, and instant-access digital assets, we generally **do not offer refunds** once the product has been delivered or accessed.

14-Day Discretionary Window

In compliance with global consumer protection standards, Paddle (our Merchant of Record) may review refund requests on a discretionary basis within 14 days of purchase if there are major technical defects that prevent the product from functioning as described.
